Easter walk at Prince Hall

On the Easter weekend I took some of the guests from Prince Hall Hotel on a morning walk via Sherberton and the Swincombe valley, taking in the old tin mine at Gobbetts, near Hexworthy and the ruined farm at Swincombe.  Dogs nearly outnumbered people!  There was very little in the way of wildlife to see due to everything still being in 'winter mode' due to the cold spell, but everyone clearly enjoyed themselves.  Patches of sunlight moved across the moor now and then, lighting up the odd hillside.

Looking towards Lower Dunnabridge Plantation and Laughter Tor from Moorlands Farm.

These amazing icicles were in a hollow rotten tree at Prince Hall.
